I loved this book. It ponders the wonders of love from an important yet neglected angle. Joanna excitedly dives into Will's world, only to find it not only filled with the joy that is Will, but with the messes and potential calamaties that Will has both stumbled into and created for himself. Ms Goulter has created in Will a character whose powerful virtues, those that Joanna has fallen in love with, are so intertwined with his distinct weaknesses as to be inseparable. Staying with Will might be a challenge she's just not constitutionally capable of, either physically or psychologically, yet leaving him would be tantamount to her giving up on ever finding real love, since to live with any man like Will, even if there is another like him, would inevitably involve equivalent challenges. To hopefully a lesser extent (hopefully) this is the dilemma we all have to face in deciding who to live our own lives with.Product details
